These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyB2BMassage.
MyB2BMassage provides professional body-to-body (B2B) massage services across 23 locations in Malaysia. Our services include:
Sessions are available in durations of 60, 90, and 120 minutes. All services are delivered by vetted, trained therapists using premium massage oils and equipment. Service availability is subject to therapist availability in your area at the time of booking.
MyB2BMassage operates as a facilitator connecting clients with professional massage therapists. We are not a licensed medical practice and our services do not constitute medical treatment, therapy, or health care.
All bookings are made via Telegram at @myb2bmassage. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation message from us via Telegram.
Booking process: To book, send your preferred service type, location, date, time, and session duration. We will confirm availability and pricing. Your booking is confirmed upon our reply.
Cancellations: We request at least 1 hour's notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of the scheduled session) may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the session price. No-shows (where the client is unavailable at the agreed time and location without notice) may be charged in full.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled by contacting us via Telegram. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative time.
Our right to cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to therapist unavailability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are confirmed at the time of booking. The confirmed price is the final price — there are no hidden charges or surcharges.
Payment method: Payment is accepted in cash only, settled directly with the therapist at the conclusion of your session (for outcall) or at the incall venue.
Price confirmation: Always confirm the price with us via Telegram before your session begins. Do not proceed with a session if the price has not been agreed in advance.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for sessions that have been completed. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us via Telegram within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the matter fairly. Refunds for cancelled sessions are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 3.
As a client of MyB2BMassage, you agree to the following responsibilities:
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, MyB2BMassage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: circumstances outside our reasonable control; inaccurate booking information provided by the client; any health condition of the client that was not disclosed prior to the session; the actions or omissions of individual therapists beyond our reasonable supervision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
